• Service Terms

Nyayasetu provides legal consultation, advisory and representation services. Engagement commences only upon confirmation and receipt of applicable fees. Certain services may require partial advance payment prior to commencement. Consultation fees represent professional time allocation and preliminary advisory assessment. Payment of consultation fees does not guarantee engagement or legal outcome.

• No Guarantee of Outcome

All legal matters are subject to statutory procedures and judicial discretion. Nyayasetu does not guarantee any specific result or outcome.

• Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law:

• Liability shall be limited to the professional fees paid for the concerned service.
• The Firm shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses.
• The Firm shall not be responsible for third-party platform or payment gateway disruptions.

• Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

Any dispute arising out of use of services shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably. Failing resolution, disputes shall be referred to arbitration under applicable law. The seat of arbitration shall be Mumbai. Subject to arbitration, courts within Mumbai shall have exclusive jurisdiction, including the jurisdiction of the High Court at Bombay. These term are governed by the laws of India.
