REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY
Consultation fees are generally non-refundable as they represent professional time reserved. Refund may be considered only if cancellation is made within 24 hours of booking and prior to consultation commencement. Cancellation charges may applied.
Fees paid for drafting, filings or advisory services are non-refundable once work has commenced. Where partial work has been completed, proportionate charges shall apply.
Where digital or technology-related services are undertaken upon client request, partial advance may be required. Payments made towards development or customised professional work are non-refundable once work has begun.
